Good food, impeccable service

I give 5 stars.. But.. if I could I would put 10 There are very few places where you really feel good.. And this is definitely one of those... From the moment you enter you are greeted by fantastic kindness.. Professionalism.. and really excellent raw materials.. from the appetizers.. to the first courses.. to the pinsa.. desserts.. Memorable lunch
We entered this restaurant by chance due to heavy rain. A truly special welcome. We ordered a plate of spaghetti with clams and bottarga and my daughter a Pinsa with nuts and gorgonzola. I would like to point out that she is allergic to tomatoes. The spaghetti arrived, already from the smell it was a spectacle. They remade the pinsa for fear of having contaminated it with the shovel. I was almost moved by the professionalism, I guarantee you that it is a rarity. A delight devoured down to the last crumb. Excellent quality raw materials and low price. We will definitely return.
